BEIJING, April 2 (Xinhua) -- China's benchmark Shanghai Composite Index on the Shanghai Stock Exchange closed at 2,058.99 points on Wednesday, up 11.53 points, or 0.56 percent.
A Share Index: 2,155.70 points, up 12.12 points, or 0.57 percent;
B Share Index: 227.16 points, up 0.06 points, or 0.03 percent;
Total Turnover: 77.94 billion yuan (12.56 billion U.S. dollars).
