BEIJING, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- Vice President Li Yuanchao on Tuesday met with Tanzanian Foreign Minister Bernard Kamillius Membe.

Li said China and Tanzania are all-weather friends and China is willing to fully implement consensus reached by leaders of the two states, strengthen cooperation in all fields, promote partnership and benefit the two peoples.

Membe voiced hope of Tanzania working with China to expand friendly cooperation in all fields.
