Vice premier attends Sino-French exhibit

BEIJING, Jan. 27 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Liu Yandong and Speaker of French National Assembly Claude Bartolone on Monday attended an exhibition marking the 50th anniversary of Sino-French diplomatic ties.

They spoke of the significance of bilateral relationship at the opening ceremony of the exhibition.

Liu had a brief meeting with Bartolone prior to the opening ceremony.
