China continues Diaoyu Islands patrol

BEIJING, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Three China Coast Guard (CCG) vessels continued their patrol in the territorial waters surrounding the Diaoyu Islands on Sunday, according to the State Oceanic Administration.

The administration identified the three vessels as CCG 2506, 2113 and 2166.

BEIJING, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- Japan should immediately stop all of its provocative actions over the Diaoyu Islands, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman told a regular press briefing Thursday.

Hong Lei was commenting on an Internet video clip posted on the Japanese Foreign Ministry's website. The clip promoted the Diaoyu Islands as Japanese territory.  Full story
