BEIJING, Dec. 8 (Xinhua) -- China's trade surplus hit 33.8 billion U.S. dollars in November, according to the General Administration of Customs on Sunday.
Foreign trade stood at 370.61 billion U.S. dollars in November, including 202.21 billion U.S. dollars of exports and 168.4 billion U.S. dollars of imports.

BEIJING, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- China's exports fell unexpectedly 0.3 percent in September from a year earlier, customs data showed on Saturday, ending two consecutive months of rises.

China manufacturing growth Sept. hits 17-month high
BEIJING, Oct. 1 (Xinhua) -- China's manufacturing activities set a 17-month record high in September, an official survey showed, indicating a stable economic rebound.
China's Purchasing Managers' Index for the manufacturing sector rose to 51.1 percent in September from 51 percent in August, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) and the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing said on Tuesday. Full story
