BEIJING, Nov. 20 (Xinhuanet) -- City government of Yinchuan signed an agreement on building a bridge across the Yellow River with the Shanghai Greenland Group on Aug. 14, 2013.
It is said that the project, with a total length of 20.20 kilometers, will become the longest bridge on the river.
The city’s riverfront district sitting on both sides of the river is the core of the inland economic experimental area in Ningxia.
The bridge when finished will play an important role to connect the city proper and the riverfront district,and promote the development of natural resource and tourism in Yinchuan.
