TIANJIN, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao met with Singaporean Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong on the sidelines of the Summer Davos Forum in north China's Tianjin Municipality on Tuesday.
Wen spoke highly of the two countries' vigorous cooperation and the achievements they have scored.
He said the two countries should continue to learn from each other and expand cooperation, so as to achieve mutual benefit.
Goh Chok Tong said Singapore is ready to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with China, properly construct cooperation projects, including an industrial park in the east China city of Suzhou and an ecological park in Tianjin, and strengthen financial cooperation.
The 6th Annual Meeting of the New Champions, also known as the Summer Davos Forum, will open Tuesday afternoon. Wen will address the opening ceremony.
