MOSCOW, Aug. 20 (Xinhua) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin and visiting Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo Monday met here on bilateral ties and major international and regional issues of common concern.
Dai is here for the seventh round of strategic security talks between the two countries.
