SEOUL, Feb. 12 (Xinhua) -- Seoul shares ended lower on Tuesday.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) fell 5. 11 points, or 0.26 percent, to close at 1,945.79. Trading volume stood at 303.93 million shares worth 2.8 trillion won (2.57 billion U.S. dollars).
The local currency finished at 1,090.8 won against the U.S. dollar, up 4.9 won from Friday's close.
