TOKYO, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar traded at the lower 78 yen level early Tuesday in Tokyo.
At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 78.33-35 yen compared with 78.34-36 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday.
The euro fetched 1.2587-2589 dollar and 98.60-63 yen against 1. 2571-2572 dollar and 98.48-52 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon.
