Japan's June current account surplus falls 19.6 pct   2012-08-08 10:18:05            

TOKYO, Aug. 8 (Xinhua) -- Japan's current account surplus shrank 19.6 percent in June from a year earlier to 433.3 billion yen, the government said Wednesday.

The balance of international payments, worsened for the 16th consecutive month, according to a report by the Finance Ministry. Among key components, the balance of goods trade came to a surplus of 112.0 billion yen.
