BANGKOK, Dec. 14 (Xinhua) -- A real estate company of Thailand is hosting a year-end 3D projection mapping performance on its 60-story tower downtown Bangkok along with Tourism Authority of Thailand to attract more tourists.

The show, named "Beautiful Bangkok," is set to be performed five times daily, respectively at 19:00, 19:15, 19:30, 19:45 and 20:00, from Thursday to Dec. 31 on the building of Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard, while a special round of show beginning at 23:55 will be added on Dec. 31.

A launching ceremony was held on Wednesday night and four colorful scenes could be found during a round of show. Many Thai elements such as Hanuman mask were included.

The performance is a work from Limelight, a group of artists creating projection mapping artworks led by Viktor Vicsek and Istvan David.

"It is inspired by Bangkok so it took a lot of impressions and all of our feelings and emotions after we got here and we try artistically interpret them in the art work," Istvan David, the Hungarian artist told Xinhua during the launching ceremony.

"It is the perfect moment to organize 'Beautiful Bangkok by Magnolias @Ratchaprasong' at the square, which has always been a prime attraction for tourists from around the world," said Yuthasak Supasorn, governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), adding that "we are pleased that this event will also help promote Thailand's tourism."
