OSLO, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- Just when you think Kevin Spacey has enough sexual harassment accusations to deal with, here comes a new one. A member of the Norwegian royal family accused him of groping, causing a new round of criticism against the "House of Cards" star on social media.

Ari Behn, the former son-in-law of the King of Norway, said the actor put his hands on him after a Nobel Peace Prize concert in Oslo 10 years ago. Behn was married to the king's daughter Princess Martha Louise and the couple divorced in 2016.

The new accusation triggered a new round of public outcry on social media. Cgk inc tweeted: "Reaching new lows." Ja Ne Nicholas tweeted: "This man is utterly repugnant & knows no bounds. Totally abused the privileges gifted to him."

Some people teased about it. Akshay posted: "Boy, Kevin is raising his standards." Austin Berrong tweeted: "Kevin Spacey stars in: International Groper." Captain Deplorable tweeted: "Someone wanted the Crown Jewels..."

Repeated sexual accusations have accumulated public anger toward the once prominent Hollywood star, as Maggie tweeted: "As though there hasn't been countless other claims before now."

Spacey has been accused of sexual harassment and abuse by a number of men over the past two months. He came under fire for coming out as gay in his apology to actor Anthony Rapp late October, as many people said he was deliberately "deflecting" from the sexual allegations.

Spacey, who has won two Oscars, was dropped from his lead role in Netflix series House of Cards due to the recent scandals.
