MADRID, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- Spanish shares lost on Tuesday, with the benchmark stock market Ibex-35 down 0.32 percent or 32.10 points, to close at 9,993 points.
A total of 20 of the selected 35 large companies lost in the day.
Renewable energy company Siemens Gamesa went down 3.36 percent, followed by supermarket chain DIA and Spain's fifth largest bank Bankia that lost 2.67 percent and 1.74 percent respectively.
Media company Mediaset advanced 2.67 percent, being the top gainer of the blue chips. Steel manufacturing corporation ArcelorMittal rose 2.40 percent and hotel chain Melia Hotels went up 2.23 percent.
