6.7-magnitude quake hits 74km E of Tadine, New Caledonia -- USGS

HONG KONG, Nov. 19 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.7 jolted 74km E of Tadine, New Caledonia at 092550 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 13.0 km, was initially determined to be at 21.524 degrees south latitude and 168.601 degrees east longitude.
