BEIJING, Nov. 17 (Xinhuanet) -- The 2017 Tianmen Entrepreneurs Summit opened on Friday in Tianmen city, Hubei Province, central China.
The event aims to provide an opportunity for Tianmen entrepreneurs now spread across the world to return home and establish a platform of cooperation, exchange and mutual benefit.
Over 600 entrepreneurs attended the summit.
Known as the "inland hometown of overseas Chinese", Tianmen has nurtured a group of outstanding entrepreneurs who embody traditional culture, local high spirit and modern business wisdom.
In 2014, Tianmen held the first Tianmen Entrepreneurs Summit and established the Tianmen Entrepreneurs Association.
