PARIS, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- A car driver "deliberately" on Friday rammed into a group of students in front a business school in Balgnac, near the southern French city of Toulouse, injuring three students with one in serious situation, news channel BFMTV reported.

A 23-year-old female student was seriously wounded and two others aged 23 and 22 suffered slight injuries after a 28-year-old man drove his car ramming into students near their school earlier in the day before being arrested on the site, according to the report.

The man told police he "deliberately" drove into the crowd and that he suffered from psychological disorders, it said.

He was known for public offences, including drug trafficking, the report added.

"Support for injured young people in Blagnac ... It is the inquiry that will determine the nature of his act," tweeted Interior Minister Gerard Collomb.
