NEW YORK, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 6.5 on the Richter scale jolted 67km southwest of Angoram, Papua New Guinea, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said on Tuesday.
The epicenter, with a depth of 107.37 km, was initially determined to be at 4.2272 degrees south latitude and 143.4798 degrees east longitude.
