RABAT, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- Morocco said on Thursday it rejects Kurdish independence referendum.
"Morocco's position is old and constant. We refuse undermining Iraq's unity and territorial integrity," the government spokesman Mustapha El Khalfi told the press following the cabinet weekly meeting.
Morocco has voiced time and again its rejection of the ongoing attempts aiming to split Arab states, El Khalfi underlined.
On Monday, some 93 per cent of Iraqi Kurds who took part in the referendum voted for independence.
