WUHAN, China, Sept. 27 (Xinhua) -- Polish 9th seed Agnieszka Radwanska crashed out of the Dongfeng Motors Wuhan Open here on Wednesday in a stunning loss to Australian Ashleigh Barty.

Radwanska controlled proceedings on court in the first set with her signature attacking game, with several beautiful strokes down the baseline making it seem like this would be another easy match for the Pole.

But the second set was a different story entirely. Barty's massive hits proved too much for Radwanska and allowed her to dominate the set without allowing the Pole a single point.

Radwanska was able to fight back in the third set, but not convincgly enough to change the course of the match, which she lost 4-6, 6-0, 6-4.
