President Xi's envoy to attend Angolan president's inauguration ceremony

BEIJING, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Chen Yuan will attend the inauguration ceremony of Angolan President Joao Lourenco in Luanda on Sept. 26.

Chen is vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang made the announcement here on Monday at a daily press briefing.
