PRAGUE, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- Prague City Court on Friday ordered a release of five people in the trial of preparing a terrorist attack on a train in Prague in 2015.

The court decided their act described in the indictment was not a crime.

According to the indictment, in April 2015 two hand-made firebombs made of gasoline, polystyrene and vegetable oil were buried near a railway bridge in Prague's Chuchle. The attack was planned to blow up the train carrying military purpose equipment. The accused are described as anarchists.

All five are freed on Friday as the court has not found enough evidence of the crime. The judge questioned the only vague proof presented by the prosecutor -- the testimonials of the police undercover agents involved in the case investigation. The defence, however, said that the whole case lacked transparency and was a provocation organized by the police.

The prosecutor has already appealed against the decision, so the case will further go to the supreme court.

Interior Minister Milan Chovanec commented on Friday that the case should be thoroughly investigated whether it was a police provocation.
