Over 40 people trapped after building collapses in northwest Kenya

NANDI, Kenya, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- At least 40 laborers were trapped after a four-story building under construction collapsed in Kapsabet town, Nandi country in northwest Kenya on Thursday.

Rescuers are at the scene to rescue those trapped in the rubble, said Pius Masai, National Disaster Management Unit (NDMU) Deputy Director and Communication Officer.
