HANOI -- Senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official Liu Yunshan said Tuesday that the stable and healthy development of Sino-Vietnamese relations is conducive to the reform and opening up of the two countries.

HONG KONG -- Hong Kong's pension fund, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF), a system which covers 73 percent of the employed population in Hong Kong, needs to address problems to manage risks, a PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) report said on Tuesday.
