OTTAWA, Sept. 17 (Xinhua) -- Two people were killed by an explosion after their car hit a tank filled with carbon dioxide in Leamington, Canada in early Sunday, according to CTV Sunday.
Early Sunday, there was an explosion and then a fire, and both people in the car died at the scene after their car crashed into a cement barrier and ruptured a huge tank filled with carbon dioxide.
The tank leak has been contained and there's no concern for public safety.
The accident is under police investigation said CTV.
