Li Ying (L) and her mother weed at a caring house for handicapped children in Fuxin City, northeast China's Liaoning Province, Sept. 6, 2017. Li, 46, was a mother of a handicapped child. In 2005, she decided to help more handicapped children and established a kindergarten for these children. Li has now become a "caring mother" for more than 100 handicapped children.
