Angola thrashes United States 32-1 in Nanjing Roller Hockey World Championship

LUANDA, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- The Angolan national senior men's roller hockey team defeated the United States Monday by a significant score of 32-1 in the second round of Group B of the World Championship taking place in Nanjing, China.

At halftime, the Angolans were already leading the game by 12-1, demonstrating their competitive capacity.

With this triumph, the Angolans repeat the feat of Sunday when they also thrashed the Dutch team by 18-1.

Group B is made up of Angola, Brazil, the United States and the Netherlands.
