BEIJING, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang on Wednesday promised to make full use of China's political and institutional advantages to win the national battle against poverty.
Wang was answering legislators' questions at a joint inquiry meeting on a report of State Council's poverty relief work Wednesday afternoon.
"Our work plan will be more problem-oriented and more precise in the next phase. We must work harder to fight for the victory," said Wang.
