LJUBLJANA, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- The Slovenia-based Adria Airways has announced it will offer flights from Ljubljana to Kiev since October, making the direct link from Ljubljana airport to Boryspil International available three times a week.
The route will open on October 29, with night flights to Kiev scheduled each Thursday, Friday and Sunday and flights in the opposite direction on Monday, Friday and Saturday, the Slovenian Press Agency (STA) reported on Monday quoting Adria Airways.
Adria Airways CEO Arno Schuster believes that the route will also provide a better connection for Ukraine via Ljubljana to other European destinations and it will boost economic cooperation.
