LASHKAR GAH, Afghanistan, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- Nearly 30 people including civilians and security personnel were killed and injured after a suicide attack rocked Lashkar Gah city, the capital of Afghanistan's southern Helmand province on Wednesday, a local official said on condition of anonymity.
