SEOUL, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- Seoul shares ended higher on Tuesday.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) gained 10.33 points, or 0.44 percent, to settle at 2,365.33. Trading volume stood at 245.76 million shares worth 3.83 trillion won (3.3 billion U.S. dollars).
South Korea's currency finished at 1,133.8 won against the greenback, up 5.2 won from the previous close.
