TEHRAN, Aug. 19 (Xinhua) -- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Saturday said that the U.S. President Donald Trump slackens to condemn racist moves in the United States.
"Quick to insult Islam but hesitant to condemn racist terror at home," Zarif twitted on Saturday.
"Terror in name of race or religion is plain terror & represents neither," he said.
The remarks by Zarif followed Trump's mixed response to the deadly attack by a far-right rallier in Charlottesville, Virginia, last Saturday.
