ANKARA, Aug. 18 (Xinhua) -- A U.S. drone on Thursday crashed in Turkey's southern Adana province for unknown reasons, Anadolu Agency reported.
The drone came down in the Ceyhan district of Cokcapinar, while no death or injuries had been reported, Adana province governor Mahmut Demirtas was quoted as saying.
A fire service had been dispatched to the region and authorities had launched an investigation into the cause of the crash, Demirtas said.
