AMMAN, Aug. 9 (Xinhua) -- Jordan sent a convoy of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian territories on Wednesday, said a statement from the Hashemite Charity Organization.
The organization said a three-truck envoy would deliver 200 parcels of food for the needy Palestinian families.
Ayman Al Mefleh, the organization's director general, said the aid, donated by various entities in Jordan, seeks to help support the Palestinians in need and enhance their living conditions.
He added that Jordan will continue to deliver aid to the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. Enditem
