LONDON, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) -- Olympic champion Omar McLeod of Jamaica won men's 110m hurdles at the IAAF World Championships here on Monday.

The gold medalist in the Rio Olympics clocked 13.04 seconds to rank first among eight finalists.

Authorized neutral athlete Sergey Shubenkov, the defending champion, finished runner-up at 13.14 seconds.

The bronze medal belonged to Balazs Baji of Hungary, who finished the race at 13.28 seconds.
