TOKYO, Aug. 2 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the mid-110 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Wednesday, marginally higher than levels seen overnight in New York.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 110.46-47 yen compared with 110.32-42 yen in New York and 110.20-21 yen at 5 p.m. on Tuesday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1810-1810 dollars and 130.45-46 yen against 1.1797-1807 dollars and 130.23-33 yen in New York and 1.1819-1820 dollars and 130.25-29 yen in late Tuesday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
