HANOI, July 29 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam U22 beat the All-Star team from the South Korean Professional Football League (K-League) 1-0 in a friendly here on Saturday.
Despite having veteran players, such as striker Lee Geun Ho, goalie Kim Yong Dae and defender Choi Hyo Jin, the Korean All-Star team failed to keep their upper hand throughout the game in My Dinh National Stadium in the capital.
The lone goal was scored in the 70th minute when Xuan Toan quickly drove the ball through legs of the South Korean goalkeeper from close range after latching onto a short pass from his teammate. Enditem
