TIRANA, July 28 (Xinhua) -- Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, who was re-elected for a second term on June 25, published a detailed report on Friday of his government's ten-point plan for its first 100 days.

While warning of sweeping reforms in many sectors starting with the public administration, Rama highlighted at a press conference his determination to strengthen the rule of law.

The first objective in his list is that all state officials in Albania begin a process of accountability.

The second issue to be handled by the new government will be fighting drinking water abuses.

The third priority is to crack down on the country's informal economy starting from September.

He also said there would be an operation launched against environmental pollution.

Rama announced a new campaign to raise awareness on road accidents and said there would also be held public hearings for the 2018 budget in each district.

Lastly, Rama said that another objective of the new government would be the end to the massive and unlawful cultivation of cannabis in the country.
