Two dead in light aircraft crash in central Greece

ATHENS, July 27 (Xinhua) -- Greek rescuers found the wreckage of a missing light aircraft with two bodies on it in central Greece early Thursday, Greek national news agency AMNA reported.

The airplane was reported missing on Wednesday night by the Flying Club of Larissa city, some 350 km north of Athens.

Police has not yet released information on the identities of the pilot and the passenger, while an investigation into the causes of the accident has opened.
