Voter registration was also conducted overseas and the major registration drive for those abroad will take place on Fiji Day, October 10.

The total number of registered voters overseas stands at 6,270.

Saneem encouraged political parties, stakeholders and voters to ensure that the information they published or relied on was correct and obtained from authentic sources.

The Fijian Elections Office has also received a significant number of enquiries in relation to the 2018 General Election, Election Officials Recruitment Drive.

With this impressive amount of interest, the Fijian Elections Office emphasized that they would run the entire recruitment drive in various recruitment centers for a whole month.
