TEHRAN, July 23 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.4 shook touristic Sirch village in Iran's southeastern Kerman province of Iran at 22:02 local time (1732 GMT) on Sunday, Iran Seismological Center said.
With a depth of 10 km, the earthquake's epicenter was at 30.104 degrees north latitude and 57.611 degrees east longitude.
The power lines are broken and the communication has been disrupted in the region, the state IRIB TV reported.
Medical services along with disaster relief forces have been dispatched to the hit area, the report said. Enditem
