Beijing, Berlin need to further coordination in multilateral mechanisms -- Xi

BERLIN, July 5 (Xinhua) -- China and Germany need to step up coordination and cooperation at the China-Europe level, as well as within international bodies and multilateral frameworks such as the UN and the Group of 20 (G20) mechanism, visiting Chinese President Xi Jinping said here Wednesday.

Xi made the remarks during his meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
