58 missing, presumed dead in London residential building fire: police

LONDON, June 17 (Xinhua) -- Police confirmed on Saturday that 58 people who were in the Grenfell Tower on the night of the fire are missing and presumed to be dead.

The number may increase, and 16 people have been recovered to the mortuary, according to the police.
