U.S. stocks end mixed after Comey's testimony, Britain's election

NEW YORK, June 9 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks closed mixed Friday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average setting a new closing record, as investors digested former FBI Director James Comey's testimony and the British general election.

The Dow rose 0.42 percent, and the S&P 500 lost 0.08 percent, while the Nasdaq tumbled 1.80 percent.
