KABUL, June 5 (Xinhua) -- Kabul police during routine operations on Monday intercepted a car and discovered 20 kg of heroin from, said a statement released by police.
Police have arrested three commuters from inside the car and investigation is underway, the statement added.
According to the statement, the contraband was taken from the northern Badakhshan province of Afghanistan for selling into the capital city of Kabul.
