SKOPJE, May 29 (Xinhua) -- After Macedonian Prime Minister-designate Zoran Zaev announced that he had completed his governing cabinet, VMRO-DPMNE leader Nikola Gruevski called the new government anti-reformatory on Monday.

The composition of the new government, as proposed by SDSM's (the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia) Zaev, has been set in a rush to satisfy the top officials of parties, Gruevski told reporters Monday.

According to VMRO-DPMNE, the selection of the new cabinet wasn't made on the basis of expertise and experience. The party also alleged that many of the cabinet members had been involved in corruption affairs during their previous posts.

"It can only be an anti-reform cabinet that has been proposed to be illicitly approved by the Parliament. SDSM members who do not enjoy the citizens support will now hold governmental posts to create policies and decide Macedonia's future, "the VMRO-DPMNE leader said.

Meanwhile, VMRO-DPMNE Member of Parliament Antonio Milososki told reporters in another statement that although SDSM had promised before the elections that there would not be any government with more than 20 ministers, now it has just nominated a cabinet with 25 ministries.

SDSM has proven that it doesn't intend to work seriously on reforms, according to the VMRO-DPMNE official.

Macedonia's parliament is expected to vote Tuesday on the new government.

Parliamentary Speaker Talat Xhaferi has accepted the proposal for the formation of the government.

However, under the Parliaments rules, the session for the election of the government may last two days, while the voting may be postponed as far as Wednesday at midnight.

Zaev has said that the work of the new government would be on reforms and improvement of citizens' lives, and equality in the society.

Zaev's cabinet had 25 ministries, seven of which are ministries without portfolios. The nominees were proposed by the coalition parties SDSM, BDI (Democratic Union for Integration) and Alliance for Albanians.

Meanwhile, before being voted in Parliament, the proposed names will be vetted by the Special Prosecution, which will verify whether they have been involved in corruptive affairs, scandals and abuses.
