Xi extends condolences to Egyptian president over terror attack

BEIJING, May 27 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping on Saturday extended condolences to his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, over a terror attack a day earlier that killed at least 28 people in southern Egypt.

On Friday, about ten gunmen in two cars stopped two buses heading to a church south of Cairo and opened fire on the buses randomly.
