NEW DELHI, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday condemned the deadly attack on Manchester Arena.
"Pained by the attack in Manchester. We strongly condemn it," Modi wrote on twitter. "Our thoughts are with the families of the deceased and prayers with the injured."
The attack killed at least 19 people and wounded more than 50 others. The blast went off shortly after a pop concert by the U.S. singer Ariana Grande.
