Magic hire Jeff Weltman as president of basketball operations

WASHINGTON, May 22 (Xinhua) -- It is reported that the Orlando Magic have hired Toronto Raptors general manager Jeff Weltman as the franchise' s president of basketball operations.

Weltman was hired by Toronto in July 2013 after five seasons as assistant general manager of the Bucks. Weltman has also held positions with the Los Angeles Clippers, Denver Nuggets and Detroit Pistons.
