China unveils market reform plan for oil and gas industry

BEIJING, May 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese authority announced on Sunday a reform plan for the country's oil and gas industry, of which market should play a decisive role in the sector to make it efficient and competitive.

The plan was approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the State Council, or the cabinet.
